Ili izbacite slatki\u0161e iz ishrane? Spremite se da saznate istinu dok razotkrivamo ove mitove o fitnesu!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fitness mit #1: Ne jede se posle 18:00<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ako pojedete par\u010de pice u 17:59, ima 400kcal, ali u 18:01 ima 2500kcal?!?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Naravno da ne, va\u0161e telo ne zna koliko je sati, pa prestanite da gladujete i preska\u010dete ve\u010deru, apsolutno je nebitno da li c\u0301ete kasno ve\u010derati sve dok se taj obrok uklapa u va\u0161e dnevne potrebe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fitness mit #2: Bi\u0107ete ogromni ako di\u017eete tegove<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Vec\u0301ina \u017eena misli da c\u0301e dizanje tegova u\u010diniti da imaju mu\u0161ku gra\u0111u, ali to je zapravo nemoguc\u0301e jer im nedostaje testosteron (hormon koji uti\u010de na rast mi\u0161ic\u0301a). Ovo je jedan od uobi\u010dajenih mitova o fitnesu i zahteva svakog klijenta koji anga\u017euje li\u010dnog trenera. Telo ne sagoreva masti tamo odakle \u017eelite, vec\u0301 postepeno svuda okolo, a najkriti\u010dniji deo je obi\u010dno onaj poslednji koji nestaje jer ima najvi\u0161e masti u odnosu na ostale delove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fitness mit #4: Integralni proizvodi ne goje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Da razjasnimo ovo, integralne \u017eitarice su dobre jer imaju vi\u0161e vlakana, vitamina i minerala, \u0161to ih \u010dini zdravijim i sporijim u podizanju \u0161ec\u0301era u krvi (od su\u0161tinskog zna\u010daja za dijabeti\u010dare).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Me\u0111utim, one tako\u0111e imaju energetsku vrednost, obi\u010dno istu kao i rafinisana hrana (beli hleb u odnosu na hleb od celog zrna), tako da ih ne mo\u017eete jesti vi\u0161e nego \u0161to vam je potrebno, u suprotnom c\u0301e se vi\u0161ak energije (kcal) uskladi\u0161titi kao mast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fitness mit #5: Mo\u017eete jesti vo\u0107e koliko \u017eelite<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Voc\u0301e je zdravo, puno vitamina i vlakana, ali ima odre\u0111enu energetsku vrednost (uglavnom ugljenih hidrata), a unosom je moguc\u0301e prec\u0301i granicu, \u0161to dovodi do povec\u0301anja telesne te\u017eine zbog vi\u0161ka energije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Na pola smo puta kroz naj\u010de\u0161c\u0301e mitove o fitnesu. Istina o sledec\u0301em je zapanjujuc\u0301a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fitness mit #6: Slanina je lo\u0161a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Slanina je zloglasna uglavnom zbog sadr\u017eaja zasic\u0301enih masti, koje su odgovorne za povec\u0301an rizik od kardiovaskularnih bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Me\u0111utim, sadr\u017ei jednaku koli\u010dinu mononezasic\u0301enih masti (zdravijeg tipa), \u0161to je \u010dini uravnote\u017eenom. Po\u0161to postoje 3 po\u017eeljne vrste masti (zasic\u0301ene, mononezasic\u0301ene, polinezasic\u0301ene), preporu\u010dujemo unos svake za 1\/3 dnevnih potreba za mastima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fitness mit #7: Ne smete jesti vi\u0161e od 3 jaja nedeljno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj mit se pojavio nakon otkric\u0301a holesterola u jajima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Me\u0111utim, u tom trenutku se nije znalo za razli\u010dite vrste holesterola (dobar HDL i lo\u0161 LDL). Jaja zapravo podi\u017eu dobar holesterol, a nemaju uticaj na LDL. Zato slobodno jedite jaja svakodnevno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fitness mit #8: Kardio je dovoljan da budete zgodni<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Kada vidite fitness modele oblikovane poput gr\u010dkih bogova, budite sigurni da to nije samo zahvaljujuc\u0301i kardio treningu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Kardio(\u0161etnja ili brzi hod) je dobar za sagorevanje masti, ali nec\u0301e stvoriti dovoljan tonus i mi\u0161ic\u0301nu masu. To je zbog razli\u010ditih mi\u0161ic\u0301nih vlakana u nama. Postoje dva op\u0161ta tipa vlakana, jedno je sporo trzajuc\u0301e koje nam daje izdr\u017eljivost (na primer tr\u010danje na duge staze) i ima manji volumen mase, a drugo je brzo trzajuc\u0301e koje nam daje snagu (sprint i dizanje velikih te\u017eina na primer) i ima vec\u0301u masu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Dakle, ako \u017eelite \u010dvr\u0161c\u0301u i vec\u0301u zadnjicu ili bicepse, skinite se sa trake za tr\u010danje i podignite tegove da biste uticali na brza vlakna sa vec\u0301im potencijalom rasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fitness mit #9: Mo\u017eete jesti koliko ho\u0107ete dokle god trenirate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Koliko vam je vremena potrebno da pojedete \u010dokoladicu od 100g napakovanu sa 550 kcal? 10 minuta?
